Viagra may cause a rare side effect of serious severity called sildenafil side effects.SAN DIEGO — A man was charged Thursday with the death of a man who was allegedly in the midst of buying Viagra for his sexual performance, prosecutors said.
Caleb Vigyan, 40, was arrested on suspicion of receiving a prescription for Viagra from a San Diego pharmacy. He was being charged with an illegal sale of the medication.
Vigyan allegedly purchased Viagra from a San Diego pharmacy and paid $200 to be delivered to a customer in a parking lot. He allegedly then placed the Viagra into a bag he bought from a customer in a San Diego store.
The pharmacy did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Vigyan's attorney, David F. Cimino, said he expects a judge will order Vigyan's arrest in a few days.
The U. S. Attorney's Office said in a press release that Vigyan was not a health care consumer and would not be charged with any of the charges.
"It is clear from the information that this is an illegal and dangerous drug that he was taking for sexual performance. This is a matter of public record. This case is an ongoing investigation," Cimino said.
The charges are being prosecuted by Assistant U. Attorney Michael V. Heiman.

The agency said it did not have any information on how the man's life changed from before the prescription was issued.
Vigyan has since pleaded not guilty and is appealing the decision.
Vigyan, a resident of San Diego, pleaded guilty on October 29 to one count of illegally dispensing drugs and one count of selling prescription drugs without a valid prescription. He faces one to three years of supervised release and a $250-a-month prison term for each of the counts.
Assistant United States Attorney Daniel M. Canonsky, acting U. Attorney, said Vigyan was arrested in September and charged with illegal sale of prescription drugs. The case was transferred to federal court on Nov. 18.

A new generation of men is turning to Viagra to treat erectile dysfunction, the most common sexual problem faced by men. And yet this new generation of men is turning to other forms of sexual enhancement known as ‘the natural’. These natural supplements are safe and effective, and can help men who suffer from premature ejaculation.
Viagra is a popular prescription medication for treating ED. It works by increasing the levels of a natural hormone known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). By lowering levels, this hormone helps to improve erections. Men who take Viagra must wait at least six hours before sexual activity to have their desired results.
The natural supplement is easy to incorporate into any relationship and is a great option for many.

There are a number of different treatments for ED, such as Viagra and other drugs. These may work in a similar way for men who suffer from erectile dysfunction, but are not as effective as Viagra.
The most commonly used treatment for ED is the ‘natural Viagra’, which contains the active ingredient sildenafil citrate, which is also available as a prescription medication. Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor that allows the body to more effectively eliminate the active ingredient in Viagra.
This can help men with ED who prefer not to use other treatments for the same condition. Men who have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection during sexual activity can also benefit from Viagra, as it is a natural alternative to sildenafil.
The ‘natural Viagra’ is also available as an oral tablet that works for up to 36 hours, offering the same benefits as Viagra. You can take the tablet at any time of the day, and do not lie down after taking it.
Like all medications, Viagra can have side effects. However, the most common side effects include:
Most side effects are mild and tend to resolve on their own, but if they persist or worsen, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
